How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are made to order with care. Please allow 7–10 working days for production and delivery within the UK.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each item is made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it so I can help make it right.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t quite right, please email me with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.

How should I care for my item?

To keep your clothing looking its best:

• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle

• Do not tumble dry

• Iron on reverse if needed

Do you accept commissions or custom work?
